On warm days the cove is naturally the main attraction, but Granadella also works well beyond a classic beach day. Cala Granadella in Javea in pictures
Cala Granadella is one of the best-known coves in southern Javea. Clear water, rock and the green landscape around the bay give it a much more natural feel than the busier urban beaches. Even if you are not planning a full beach day, Granadella works very well as part of a relaxed coastal outing.
Depending on your day, make the cove the main destination or combine it with Cap de la Nau, Cap Negre or Portitxol. That creates a varied route without spending the whole day in the car, while still showing you several very different sides of Xàbia.
On the way back towards Balcon al Mar, a stop with us fits naturally into the day. Our menu includes fish, Mediterranean dishes, pasta, burgers and food from the charcoal grill. If you would rather slow down after the coast, stay a little longer on the terrace or have a drink at the bar.
